Description: The Kuma Standard model is made for sand skimming or wave riding. Its constructed with a 3/4 inch foam core, which gives you a little more floatation.  This model is made with EGlass epoxy. EGlass is not as stiff as carbon making this board a good intermediate level skimboard. The top deck is constructed with a bamboo wood veneer (this is not a wooden skimboard). The total board weight is under 5 lbs.
